This appears to work, but have not really tested it yet.

Does this tank in a bear market? Any back testing? Seems like the greatest bull market filter.

Enjoyed looking at this system. What I've noticed is you could have done the same and made a bit more and saved a ton of commission by buying XIV. Just an observation.

I have not really tested this is a bear market. I have looked at inverse before I set up these list in yahoo and track how patterns and how well stuff works. I have a list of inverse was always afraid of jumping on them because of whipsaws afraid they will come back to bite me. I wish the insider buying was available I have input that line in my filters, but when you go look at openinsider.com some are sell's some are buys.. I would love to see where large buying was done and the stock price has fallen below buy price. This site http://www.vickers-stock.com/ I have never had a subscription to because of the cost, but it was referenced in a book I read once. 60% of all stocks that have insider buying have substantial moves up within 6 months. The insiders by law have to hold the stock for 6 months they can't sell it until then. I do cut paste from my filter to see in openinsider work pretty well can grab 15 symbols at a time. Thanks for your help too.

One more thing if you trade options can make a lot more I like to sell puts on stocks that have had insider buying when if I end up owning the stock sell calls when it gets close to resistance.
For stock traders there is an app called robinhood no fees just a few cents per trade. Cha ching...!! I have 11 kids so ever penny I can keep I want to keep.
